Obuoliu pyragas

Hello, I'm one of the best cakes in the world when autumn starts and Paulina have made me maybe over 100 times, you need to try it too :)

You will need :

3-5 Apples from your garden or from friends garden, better not from the shop

100 gr Brown sugar

300 gr Flour

200gr Butter

1 tb sp Baking powder

1 tb sp Vanilla sugar

1tb sp Cinnamon

3-4 Eggs

100 gr Philadelphia (not necessarily)

Cut apples into chunks, add a bit cinnamon and sugar. Hold for at at least one hour.

Set your oven with 180 C. Mix well egg yolks with sugar, add melted butter, then phildephia.
In other bowl mix egg whites til becomes white foam.

Sifted Flour mix with vanilla sugar and baking powder.

Add apples chunks to the flour mix ( Leave a bit to the top of the pie)

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix well and set everything to the baking form. Cover with egg white foam, left bit chunks of apples and sprinkle a bit of brown sugar. Finito!

App 40 min, and your home wiill be full of absolutely amazing smell and taste :)
