Ingredients:

3-4 liquid egg whites
60 g chocolate protein powder 
60 g cocoa (of the 100% powdered kind)
2 tablespoons plain brown rice protein powder or just add more protein powder

200 g Total 0% Greek yogurt 
1 tablespoon coconut flour ( or ground almonds/ground oats)
2 tablespoons ground almonds
120 ml milk ( used coconut )
2 tablespoons oat flour (or just more ground almonds)

1. Blend together and bake for ~ half an hour at 160 C.

2. Cut out a cone in the centre and fill in with:

Ingredients:

200g Total 0% Greek yogurt
60 g milk ( used coconut )
60 g protein powder 

Just mix together in a bowl with a spoon. Topping with melted dark chocolate and berries. Easy peasy :) Enjoy!!!
