I have always wanted, but I have never ever thought I`ll be there. Well, dreams do come true and for that I need to say thank you for my beloved hubby. Sometimes he makes very good decisions :)
Tomorrowland is the place, which should be on your TO DO list in life. We had double experience by living in Dreamville. It is like two cities, other world where music unites the people.
If you are not interested yet, well I will attempt and change your mind :)
Firstly, do you know that the most of the tickets for this festival are always sold within seconds? It is just incredible! People from approx 80 countries are visiting this event. Tomorrowland is one of the biggest music festival in the world, the original and the main one is in Belgium. Within 4 days it becomes a city with happy people who are in love with the music. Sounds simple? I thought so as well until my hubby showed me first video about it, then another one, and another one, till it became a dream to be there. All the best Dj´s in one place share their creations and passion on 16 perfectly designed stages. It is an absolutely amazing show, with people who can party as hell, with fireworks best I have ever seen, and luckily this year with perfect weather.
We have got tickets including Dreamville (Magnificent Green Packages), where you can bring your own tent and live with thousands of different kind of people in one camping area. Dreamville is one more city, as huge as Tomorrowland, with own stage, markets, places to eat, to do sports, to chill, to have fun. Those who purchased the full package ticket (Camping and Tomorrowland), had a chance to be at the Gathering party which was a day before the main show of 3 days. It was stunning, fun and we made lots of new friends. Lithuania is a small country, but there are always good people in good places.

From the first day, our group of 4 people turned into 9. Like they say, it unites people. All of those 3 days at Tomorrowland festival we were like a in a dream, like on the other side of the world. The theme this year was Circus. There were decorations, playing rooms, artists, clowns, surprises every step of our way. There was this one place where you could have a picture taken with a strongest man in the world. Much to our surprise the artist was actually Lithuanian! Of course we had to have a photo with him. Did I just say that there are always good people in good places? :)
Despite the fact, that there was a huge amount of people, the organization of this event was fantastic. The kind of food from all over the world, clean toilets, showers, great atmosphere, different decorations every day, huge assortment of drinks, lots of surprises, lots of music all the time, freedom to wear any extravagant clothes you want with none judging anyone. Every day was a new day, with new Dj`s on every stage from day time till night. We had a chance to hear live Duke Dumont, Martin Solveig, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Lost Frequencies , Robin Schulz, Armin van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk.... and many more talented Dj`s.. I really wanted to see Duke Dumont, and believe me I was dancing like crazy throughout all of his performance. It was such a good feeling to dance to the music you love.
Every night we came home ( to the tent ;) ) exhausted like after massive workout. You could definitely say that dancing steals your energy :) Let me tell you a little bit about life in a Dreamville. When we came over, I was shocked of amount of people, of things they carry with them and mostly the amount of flags: some of them came from Japan, Australia, Canada. It was like the whole world gathered on one place and got united. It is a long way, but I believe it was worth visiting. It took about an hour to reach the place where we can set the tents and then one more hour to settle down :) People were crazy, but very polite and helpful. We didn´t have lots of things with us, so as soon as we have put our tents up we went to find the place were we could buy some camping products. Well, things are rather expensive there. As you use local money - pearls: 20 Euros = 13 pearls. So it can be a bit dangerous to spend a lot of money over one weekend. And you do not use cash or card there. Everybody gets personalized Tomorrowland bracelets which you need to scan when you buy things or you go through security.
Sleeping was also crazy, if you can call it sleeping :) Because although the show at Tomorrowland ends at 1:00a.m., Party at Dreamville never ends. So you need to be prepared : earplugs, sleeping mask, warm clothes (Jesus it was so cold first night). As well, everybody says, that it always rains during the festival, so be prepared for that. We were really lucky, it was raining just couple of hours the very last day after the show, late late at night, or should I say early early morning :)
So, in conclusion, I just want to come back!!!! It was one of the best experience in my life, I was happy to be there and happy to meet new incredible people. Hope you will have such a positive adventurous experience in your life too.
I have so many videos to show, but I have chosen just one to share with you. It is a drop of one show, Armin Van Buuren entrance. Could somebody teleport me there RIGHT NOW PLEASE? :))))
*See you next time Tomorrowland*
